Picture Trail
I like to think that every post needs an image or two to help get the message across and to make the writing more interesting. However there are times when you want to show many images so I am going to list some of the ways to show off a gallery of pictures.
USE the “INSERT GALLERY”
The first and simplest method is to use the “Insert Gallery” from the “Add Media” tab.
- Upload all of the pictures that you want in that post and
- Go to the “Gallery”‘ tab choose the number of columns and then “Insert the Gallery”.
We use this often at our school on class blogs when teachers are showing a batch of class work as they have done on the Visual Arts blog. The images below are thumbnails so if you click on them they enlarge to full size. Each one is one Gallery of photos.
There are a number of other clever and attractive options too. The following are just a couple of examples.
